Pricing Guide
Thanks for getting in touch. Every collection is slightly different, so I keep pricing as clear and straightforward as possible.
Some services are priced per item, while others are based on the size and complexity of the project. If you are not sure where your collection fits, we can start with a complimentary 30-minute, no-obligation phone call.
Photo scanning
I can scan loose printed photos, larger prints, slides, negatives, and album pages.
Guide prices:
- Loose photo scanning — from £0.50 per image
- Larger prints up to A4 — from £0.85 per image
- Slides — £0.50 per image
- Negatives — £0.50 per image
- Album page scanning with each photo saved as an individual image — from £2.00 per page
If photos need to be removed from albums or frames before scanning, this can be included as part of the service and priced accordingly.
Printed photo organising
If your photos need sorting before scanning, or you would like help making sense of a printed collection, I offer printed photo organising too.
- Printed photo organising — £40 per hour
Digital photo organising
If your photos are spread across different phones, computers, cloud accounts, or hard drives, I can help bring them together into a collection that feels more organised, easier to search, and simpler to enjoy.
Guide prices:
- Single-source digital organising — from £250
- Two-source digital organising — from £500
- Multi-source digital organising — from £1,000
- Larger digital archive projects — from £1,500
Photo sources can include phones, computers, cloud services, external hard drives, Dropbox, Google Photos, and similar platforms.
Final pricing depends on the number of sources involved, the volume of files, and how organised the collection already is.

A note about tailored work
Every collection is personal, and no two projects are exactly the same. The prices above cover the standard, measurable parts of the work. If your project needs something more tailored, I will always explain the cost clearly before any work begins.
